The BioFAIR Fellowship Programme is a new initiative to bring together individuals passionate about data stewardship, FAIR principles, and improving research culture across the life sciences. Ambassadors will support outreach, training, and the development of a BioFAIR People Commons across the UK.

Anyone interested in applying to become a BioFAIR Fellow, including data stewards, research support professionals, technical specialists, and researchers involved in data management or FAIR practices.

What will the webinar cover?

We’ll introduce the aims of the Fellowship programme, outline the benefits of joining, explain the application process, and answer any questions you may have.

Yes, the session will be recorded and shared with registered attendees after the event.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?

Accepted Answer

No preparation is needed, but we recommend reviewing the BioFAIR aims and structure in advance. You’re welcome to bring questions for the Q&A.

Will I receive a confirmation and joining link?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you register, you'll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite containing the joining link and event details. A reminder will also be sent closer to the event.
